Workout of the Week: Dead Lift + Squat Combo

It's Monday so it's time for some #MondayMotivation and this weeks  #WorkoutOfTheWeek! This week are are targeting the 🍑! I used 15lb dumbbells for some added resistance but use whatever you are comfortable with (even it’s it nothing!) Add this to your workout this week and leave me comment on how you like it! Remember increase your # of reps bt 5 each time you workout this week! 


▪️Stiff Legged Dead Lift into Squat: Lower your arms by bending at the hips forward right past your knees keeping your head lifted up. After a slight pause bring the weights up by bending at the elbow and drop into a squat. Be sure not to swing your arms out when coming out of the dead lift. Keep your back straight and abs tight through out.

▪️Weighted Squat: Don’t let your knees go past your toes! Keep your feel flat on the ground with your weight on your heels.
