Workout of the Week: Mountain Climber + Squat Combo

Happy Monday Loves!!! For some #MondayMotivation, each Monday I will post a workout that you can add to your current workout that week. Start with a # of reps you are comfortable with then increase that number by 5 each time you workout! 💪🏽💪🏽
This week is a Squat and Mountain Climber combo targeting your legs, abs and butt! You can use a heavier medicine ball for more resistance if you want!
