FemmeFitt x Poor Culture Well Cared Wednesdays Live Workout

Hi There!

No worries if you missed my live workouts with @poorculture x @femmefitt_ on instagram or if you want to save this workout to do again and again!! Here’s the full video; a 45 min full body workout with a major focus on cardio!! So please, be sure to listen to your body and stop and rest if you need. You will certainly work up a SWEAT!!

Grab your mat, grab your water and get to work!! This is a great workout that you can do everyday if you like, but I certainly recommend rest days to give your muscles time to recover. And REMEMBER! Please please be sure to stretch before AND after your workout!! 

Do each move for 30 seconds and rest for 30 seconds. Work though each circuit TWICE and rest between circuits!

Let’s Hustle For That Muscle!!!

CIRCUIT 1:

◾️ Jumping Jacks & Jabs in a Circle

◾️ Double High Knees (Double Bounce)

◾️ Toe Taps w/ Arm Raises (Use canned goods or jars for resistance!)

◾️ High Knee Pulldown (Use canned goods or jars for resistance!)

◾️ Squat Touches

REPEAT 2x’s!


CIRCUIT 2:

◾️ Standing Lateral and Front Arm Raises (Use canned goods or jars for resistance!)

◾️ Mountain Climbers

◾️ Kickbacks (On Mat)

◾️ Stationary Bicycles

◾️ Squat w/ Overhead Punch (Use canned goods or jars for resistance!)

repeat 2x’s!
