FemmeFitt x Poor Culture Well Cared Wednesdays Live Workout 3

Hi There!

No worries if you missed my live workouts with @poorculture x @femmefitt_ on instagram or if you want to save this workout to do again and again!! Here’s the full video; a 45 min full body workout with some major focus on abs!! Grab your mat, grab your water and get to work!! This is a great workout you can do everyday if you like, but I certainly recommend rest days to give your muscles time to recover. And REMEMBER! Please please be sure to stretch before AND after your workout!!

Do each move for 30 seconds and rest for 30 seconds. Work though each circuit TWICE and rest between circuits!

CIRCUIT 1:

◾️ Jumping Jack into Commando Plank

◾️ Oblique Twists

◾️ Plank Pass Through (Use a lightweight throw pillow if you don’t have a medicine ball!)

◾️ Toe Touches

◾️ Russian Twists (Use a heavy book for resistance!)

REPEAT 2x’s!

CIRCUIT 2:

◾️ Kneeling Squats

◾️ Squat with Alternating Front Kicks

◾️ Squat Hold w/ Jabs (Use canned goods or jars for resistance!)

◾️ Overhead Press into Chest Press (Use canned goods or jars for resistance!)

◾️ Low Squat Side Steps into Kneeling Position

repeat 2x’s!
