FemmeFitt x Poor Culture Well Cared Wednesdays Live Workout 2

Hi There!

No worries if you missed my live workouts with @poorculture x @femmefitt_ on instagram or if you want to save this workout to do again and again!! Here’s the full video; a 45 min full body workout with some major focus on abs!! Grab your mat, grab your water and get to work!! This is a great workout you can do everyday if you like. Over here we believe in ‘Abs Everyday’ but I certainly recommend rest days to give your muscles time to recover. And REMEMBER! Please please be sure to stretch before AND after your workout!!

Do each move for 30 seconds and rest for 30 seconds. Work though each circuit TWICE and rest between circuits!

CIRCUIT 1:

◾️ Jumping Jacks

◾️ Walk- Out into Push Up

◾️ Oblique Twists

◾️ Sit Up w/ Overhead Press

◾️ Squat Touches

REPEAT 2x’s!


CIRCUIT 2:

◾️ Standing Toe Touches

◾️ Mountain Climbers

◾️ Floor Toe Touches

◾️ Knee Drive into 3 Abductions

◾️ Prisoner Squats

repeat 2x’s!
