FemmeFitt x Poor Culture Well Cared Wednesdays Live Workout 1

Hi There!

No worries if you missed my live workouts with @poorculture x @femmefitt_ on instagram or if you want to save this workout to do again and again!! Here’s the full live workout video; a 45 min full body workout!! Grab your mat and get to work!! This is a great workout you can do everyday if you like. But I certainly recommend rest days to give your muscles time to recover. And REMEMBER! Please please be sure to stretch before AND after your workout!!

Do each move for 30 seconds and rest for 30 seconds. Work though each circuit TWICE!

CIRCUIT 1:

◾️ Alternate Lunge Into Squat

◾️ Butt Kickers

◾️ In & Out / Side Step Squats

◾️ Bicycle Crunches

◾️ Crunches

CIRCUIT 2:

◾️ High Knees

◾️ Squat & Knee to Elbow Twist

◾️ Push Up Into Half- Burpee

◾️ Squat Hold

◾️ Plank Hold
