Here’s the full live workout video; a 45 min full body workout!! Grab your mat and get to work!! This is a great workout you can do everyday if you like. But I certainly recommend rest days to give your muscles time to recover. And REMEMBER! Please please be sure to stretch before AND after your workout!!
