Hotel Gym Workout

Happy Monday Loves! Since I had the entire gym to myself while in VA this weekend for my sissys graduation (Yay! Congrats again @traveldiva913!πŸ‘©πŸ½β€πŸŽ“) I put this video together of a quick hotel workout inspired by @brittnebabe! Thanks for the inspiration lady! 😘 There were just 2 treadmills and 2 elliptical bikes so I only had a treadmill to work with.But no excuses, I had to get my workout in!! You can literally workout ANYWHERE, ANYTIME! Check out the video below, easy moves that yield real results. This is great for abs πŸ’ͺ🏽 and booty πŸ‘. You can even throw in a cardio run to work up an extra sweat. πŸ’¦

Try doing each move for 60 seconds straight then repeating the entire set 2-3 times.
