Bumbbell Total Body Workout

So I love a good Total Body workout to get your blood flowing and your muscles working! 💪🏽 I also believe adding weights can push your workout to the next level. The idea is to create resistance using weights! Here I used 2 10lb dumbbells but you can use whatever you are comfortable with. For my beginners, start with 5lbs and work your way up as you build more muscle. Remember its not the # on the weight, it's the # of reps you do that is building muscle! 
Here's the #RepList:
1) Weighted Squats 10 reps
2) Squat w/ Overhead Press 10 reps
3) Weighted Russian Twist 20 reps
4) Deep Squat Pulses 20 secs
5) Push Ups (Modified- on knees) 10 Reps
6) Butt Kicks 30 Reps
7) Reverse Crunches 15 reps
8) Weighted Plank Hip Lifts (Place dumbbell between thighs and lift from the waist) 10 reps

📍Repeat Circuit 2-3 times!
