Total Body Box Workout

Hey lovies!!! Its #FitnessFriday!!!! So here's a snippet of a box workout I did recently using a medium height box. Don't have a box? Use a very steady chair or a step stool! I listed out below are the # of reps for each move. The objective is to get through as many complete rotations (ie: the full workout) in 10 min. My true Beginners start with 5-7 min! Take your time and don't rush through it! But give it your best shot! πŸ’ͺ🏽 For my more advanced #FitFam try a 20 min workout; (2 10 min circuits) There is a lot of cardio and plyometric moves in this workout so make sure you drink lots of water πŸ’¦ and rest between sets and whenever you need it. #LetsHustleForThatMuscle πŸ’ͺ🏽πŸ’ͺ🏽

πŸ†10 Box Jump Squats
πŸ†12 Step Up Jumps (6 ea leg) *Beginners start with normal step ups. Just raise your knee when on top of box*

πŸ†15 Sec Plank * Not on Box*
