Workout of the Week: Kickbacks
This weeks #FemmeFittWOTW we are sticking with the π and doing #kickbacks! These BLT (Booty, Leg & Thigh) kickbacks are killer! This is one of the more basic kickbacks but very effective. I like using the bench for leverage and you def want to use a resistance band to really work your legs and butt! IMPORTANT π£: KEEP YOUR CORE ENGAGED AT ALL TIMES and always squeeze your glutes on the up. I did simple kickbacks with a pulse then switched to side by side kickbacks.
