Workout of the Week: Bench Jumps + Squats

For this weeks move, all you need is a bench or something similar! We are working our lower bodies while getting our cardio in! Be sure keep your CORE TIGHT AND ENGAGED AT ALL TIMES!! Here’s a quick 15 min workout:
▪️Do the bench jumps for 1 min straight.
▪️Add 1 squat after every 2 jumps (1 on each side) for 1 min straight.
▪️End with continuous squats or squat pulses for 1 min straight.

REPEAT THIS ENTIRE SET 5Xs WITH A 30 SEC REST BETWEEN EACH SET!
