'Fit Teas' & What I Think About Them

FlatTummyTea.jpeg

A few weeks I did the 2 week Flat Tummy Tea detox. I've tried about 3 different versions of these 'skinny teas' out here and Flat Tummy Tea is def one of my favs. ☕️ It contains 100% natural herbs and it tastes good. It has worked very well for me with reducing bloating hence flattening my tummy. But this is not a miracle tea lol These fit teas work best when you are eating clean 🍃🍓drinking LOTS of water 💦 and working out while drinking it. The key is to remain consistent and make sure you drink it everyday as directed.

Most of these teas have an AM & PM tea. This particular one has an morning activate tea that is designed to jump start your body for the day ahead and acts as an energy booster. Then there is the nighttime tea that is designed to cleanse your body. Yes... it may make you go to the bathroom LOL. This tea supports digestion which is crucial when detoxing and trying to stay healthy.

Another of my favorite teas is Skinny Fox Detox, I alternate using both so my body doesn't get used to the same thing. It's been working fir me so far. What I really love about Skinny Fox Detox is that they have something called 'The Fox Box' which is a complete cleansing system  that comes with a 28 day supply of their morning and night tea, an additional daily cleansing tea for everyday use, their cocoa smoothing scrub, a tea infuser and for a limited time a free sample packet of their new Whey protein shake...All for $100 and on sale right now for $80! I'm really looking forward to trying this entire system and reviewing it for you guys!

Most of these teas range between $30-$40 for the 14 day supply and $50-$60 for the 28 day supply of just the day and night teas. However, they all run some type of discount every now and then. Right now everything on Skinny Fox Detox is on sale! So its a great time to try it!

All in all, I totally recommend trying these fit teas if you are curious! If anything you are at least drinking really tasty teas that are all natural loose leaf teas! Can't go wrong with that. :)

Comment below if you've tried these or any other teas and what your experience was! Can't wait to chat!
