OH MY OBLIQUES WORKOUT

One part of my body I am committed to working on more are my obliques. So I compiled a 15 min workout and video of 4 easy moves I do to work those 'love handles'. They are simple yet efficient and can easily be added to any existing routine. Try doing this 3-4 times a week and you are sure to see results! Click the below workout list to check out the video!

Russian Twists

Alternate Heel Touchers

Bicycle Crunches

Do each move for 60 seconds straight thru (Objective is to KEEP MOVING!)

60 second rest between each set

Complete 4 sets
